LEASE VEHICLE NOTICE: All leased vehicles requesting a specialty plate must submit a copy of the valid lease agreement for the vehicle that the specialty license plate is being attached to. To process a request for a specialty plate for a leased vehicle please complete the plate purchase below and then attach the copy of the lease.
Personalized Plate Notice: If your current License Plate is a Florida Personalized Plate and you purchase a standard Florida Specialty Plate you will lose the personalization.

Sea Turtle Conservancy (STC) is based in Gainesville, Florida, and was founded by renowned sea turtle expert Dr. Archie Carr. STC is the oldest and one of the most accomplished sea turtle conservation organizations in the world. The majority of nesting in Florida occurs between May 1st and October 31st. About 90% of all sea turtle nesting in the United States takes place on Florida’s beaches, which means it is critical that residents and visitors alike do their part to ensure that sea turtles have a safe and successful nesting season.

Annual Use Fee: $25.00.

By submitting this information to Broward Tag and Title you are giving Broward Tag and Title authorization to look up vehicles registered to you and any attached vehicle information. You are also Authorizing Broward Tag and Title to submit all required request forms to attach the requested plate to your specified vehicle.You may not request Specialty Plates on behalf of anyone but yourself. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle. Broward Tag and Title charges handling fees in addition to state fees for the express specialty tag services offered. All Specialty License Plate purchases take up to 7 business days for processing.
