LEASE VEHICLE NOTICE: All leased vehicles requesting a specialty plate must submit a copy of the valid lease agreement for the vehicle that the specialty license plate is being attached to. To process a request for a specialty plate for a leased vehicle please complete the plate purchase below and then attach the copy of the lease.
Personalized Plate Notice: If your current License Plate is a Florida Personalized Plate and you purchase a standard Florida Specialty Plate you will lose the personalization.

The Miami HEAT Charitable Fund supports programs for the betterment of at-risk families in South Florida. Beneficiaries include Safe Space, a domestic violence shelter for women and children,the Jackson Memorial Foundation’s Guardian Angels and Holtz Children’s Hospital, and the Miami Coalition for a Safe and Drug-Free Community.The Miami HEAT Charitable Fund also provides educational scholarships for high school seniors and partners with inner-city elementary schools to fund the HEAT Academy, which provides after-school tutoring and mentoring programs.Through these initiatives, the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund continues to inspire the youth of South Florida to envision their dreams and achieve their goals.

By submitting this information to Broward Tag and Title you are giving Broward Tag and Title authorization to look up vehicles registered to you and any attached vehicle information. You are also Authorizing Broward Tag and Title to submit all required request forms to attach the requested plate to your specified vehicle.You may not request Specialty Plates on behalf of anyone but yourself. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle. Broward Tag and Title charges handling fees in addition to state fees for the express specialty tag services offered. All Specialty License Plate purchases take up to 7 business days for processing.
