LEASE VEHICLE NOTICE: All leased vehicles requesting a specialty plate must submit a copy of the valid lease agreement for the vehicle that the specialty license plate is being attached to. To process a request for a specialty plate for a leased vehicle please complete the plate purchase below and then attach the copy of the lease.
Personalized Plate Notice: If your current License Plate is a Florida Personalized Plate and you purchase a standard Florida Specialty Plate you will lose the personalization.
Support Education Florida Specialty License Plate
NOTE: ALL FLORIDA RESIDENTS OF ALL FLORIDA COUNTIES CAN ORDER THIS PLATE.
After 25 years and more than a million miles on Florida’s highways, the Support Education specialty license plate has a fresh look.
While the design is new, the cause remains the same — when a Florida resident purchases or renews their Support Education specialty tag, $20 goes directly back to support schools, teachers and students in the county where the tag is registered.

Special Fee: $25.00 annual fee (plus registration fees)
Revenues go to the Florida Support Education Fund.
Attention: When uploading your Drivers License please make sure the picture looks like the sample below. Unclear or incomplete pictures will be rejected and you will have to resubmit a picture.
By submitting this information to Broward Tag and Title you are giving Broward Tag and Title authorization to look up vehicles registered to you and any attached vehicle information. You are also Authorizing Broward Tag and Title to submit all required request forms to attach the requested plate to your specified vehicle.You may not request Specialty Plates on behalf of anyone but yourself. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle. Broward Tag and Title charges handling fees in addition to state fees for the express specialty tag services offered. All Specialty License Plate purchases take up to 7 business days for processing.
